Do you get raw materials for your production processes delivered?

DO Share logistics with partners or others

DO Ask for the closest supplier whenever reasonable (minimise transport impact) or for optimised packaging (minimise waste and save space)

DO Purchase collectively and coordinate purchasing and returning of items within the industrial network (IN)

Do you get most of the provided materials at a certain time of day?

DO Optimize your logistics of delivery for instance through Just-in-Time delivery with respect to an efficient organization of material transportation to the storage place and efficient use of resources at the production process

Do you want to generate future use of your effluent?

DO Try to find possibilities for building intercompany pipes

Do your employees need work clothes and/or does your site need significant cleaning materials?

DO Share cleaning facilities

Do you know how to share information about supply and demand within an industrial network?

DO Design or use a resource exchange platform (RXP)
